We are an engineering company with a focus on large bolted connections for the absorption of the highest loads and calculate, design and produce high-quality mechanical PM Multi-Jackbolt Pretensioners (MJP) – nowadays in their most advanced design with armored Mammut™ Jackbolts. In doing so, PLOKE Engineering offers full support in the further development, maintenance and repair of earlier SUPERBOLT® products and applications of the former P&S Vorspannsysteme AG.
Through his many years of activity - since 1988 - as co-owner and managing director of the former company P&S Vorspannsysteme AG, company owner Robert Ploke is very familiar with the special requirements in the development of large bolted joints. He has been involved in the development of countless bolting projects throughout Europe in many areas of heavy industry.
We are therefore probably familiar with your application from our previous work.
As the European standards, regulations and materials differ from the American ones, P&S Vorspannsysteme AG has developed a comprehensive European product range of SUPERBOLT® Tensioners with multi-jackbolts since 1992. Since 2014, PLOKE Engineering AG has decisively further developed this technology in terms of performance and handling and has solved new international patents.
